• A. Personal Information: When you register, we collect your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Physical Address. We keep this data in-house strictly for account management and order delivery coordination. We do not sell this data.
• B. User-Generated Content (Poster Feature): When you use our Poster section, you upload personal images. These images are processed strictly for the purpose of removing the background and generating your customized poster.
• C. Usage Data:
  • Cart Data: We store the list of products you add to your cart.
  • Chat Logs: We store text messages you exchange with us regarding product inquiries until they are deleted.
  • Likes: We track product "Likes" anonymously. We do not track which specific user liked a product.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data strictly for internal business operations:

• Order Coordination: Since we do not process payments online, your contact details and Cart Data allow our Admin team to view your interests and prepare your order or quote.
• Communication: To reply to your inquiries sent via the "Message" button on product pages.
• Poster Generation: Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate the downloadable poster file.

4. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY FEATURES

• Messaging Privacy: Our platform features a secure messaging system. If either you (the User) or the Admin deletes a chat conversation, it is permanently hard-deleted from our database. Once deleted, these messages cannot be recovered by anyone.
• Cart Visibility: Please be aware that our Administrators can view items currently held in your cart to proactively assist you with inventory availability.
• Image Retention: Images uploaded to the Poster Maker are processed automatically and are not permanently stored on our servers longer than necessary to generate your download.

5. THIRD-PARTY SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

*Note on Image Processing:* If our background removal tool utilizes a trusted third-party API, your image is shared briefly with that provider solely for the technical purpose of removing the background and is not used for their marketing.

6. COOKIES

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your cart contents as you browse. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for external advertising.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

• You may access your profile data at any time.
• You may request the deletion of your account by contacting us.
• You have the absolute right to delete your chat history at any time.

By accessing and using the WoW Graphics Jodhpur website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• WoW Graphics reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or abuse the service.

3. USE OF POSTER MAKER & USER CONTENT

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the images you upload.
• License: By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary license to process (modify/remove background) the image solely for the purpose of generating your poster.
• Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from uploading images that contain:
  • Nudity, violence, or hate speech.
  • Content that infringes on the copyright or trademark of others.
  • Illegal content under the laws of India.
• We reserve the right to ban users who upload offensive material.

4. MESSAGING AND CONDUCT

• The "Message" feature is intended for business inquiries and order negotiation.
• You agree not to send spam, abusive language, or malware through the chat system.
• You acknowledge that while we provide a "Delete" feature for privacy, WoW Graphics is not liable for data loss if you accidentally delete a chat you needed.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

• No Online Payments: This website is a catalog and inquiry platform. Adding items to the "Cart" does not constitute a finalized purchase.
• Payment for goods must be settled offline/externally as agreed upon in the chat or at our physical shop.
• Prices shown on the website are subject to change and should be confirmed via the Message feature.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The website and its features (including the background remover) are provided on an "as is" basis.
• WoW Graphics Jodhpur is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or inability to access the site.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
